Booking Requirements
- A 25% deposit is required on booking your stay or the full amount if booking within 6 weeks of your stay.
- The balance payment is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival and you will receive a reminder via email when this is due.

How to find us

- If you are arriving by electric or hybrid car, we have shared EV charging onsite provided by Voltshare
- If you are arriving by public transport the nearest train station is either Derby, Belper or Uttoxeter. There are then bus routes to the town of Ashbourne and a taxi or Uber thereafter is necessary. Local taxi firms incluce ‘Dovelin Cars’ or ‘Ashbourne Taxis’. Alternatively, book the Derbyshire Connect a local flexible bus service.
- We are in a rural location on a farm, approximately 35-45 minutes footpath walk to the nearest village of Kniveton (and bus stop).
Dog friendly glamping
- All our pods are pet friendly and suitable for up 2 dogs (charged at £25 per stay).
- Please bring your own dog bed and bowls
- There are miles of local walks on the doorstep for you and your paws to explore.
- If the paths are a little muddy, there is an outside tap for washing your dog, we also recommend bringing your own dog towels.
- As we are a working farm and we have animals grazing in the fields around the pods, we do ask that you keep your dog on a lead and under control.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased towards a stay with us for any amount from £50.
Glamping Gift Vouchers can be posted and/or emailed to you with a Voucher Code to use with an online booking. Vouchers can be used anytime throughout the year and are valid for 12 months.
